This character took me several months to complete on my free time. My main objective was to improve my rigging skills in 3D Studio Max. During the construction of the rig, I encountered many difficulties. Through trial and error, I finally came to satisfying results.

 

Features:

  • Rig using Bones system.
  • Inverse foot rig.
  • IK/FK arms with blend control.
  • Squash & stretch on the head and body.
  • Graphical user interface made in MAXScript that offer many display options for the character.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Visual interface for body parts manipulations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Facial controls on slider that offer the possibility to select only the control(s) you want to see the keys on the timeline. This is a lot easier to deal with than the Morpher modifier when you animate.
